The ZCB24(A) Mining Diesel Locomotive Protection Device is designed for use in underground coal mine environments containing explosive gas mixtures, such as methane and coal dust. It is typically matched with various equipment using mining explosion-proof diesel engines or explosion-proof rubber-tired vehicles, and can also be used for monitoring safety and operational parameters.The device package consists of a main unit, a control driver, and various sensors and probes. When a monitored parameter exceeds its set limit, the sensor samples the data, the main unit triggers audible and visual alarms, and after a preset delay, the control driver outputs a signal to command an external actuator to shut off the fuel supply, stopping the diesel engine, thereby ensuring the safety of both the environment and the engine system.Integrating detection, display, alarm, protection, and power supply functions into one unit, the device features simple wiring, flexible installation, and ease of use and maintenance.Upon power-up, the main unit samples parameters such as temperature, coolant level, and oil pressure via the sensors and compares them with preset values. If any monitored value exceeds its limit, the device activates audible and visual alarms. After a defined delay, it outputs a control signal to drive the actuator, which closes the fuel line and stops the diesel engine. A manual shutdown button is also provided for direct engine stoppage.
