The GJC4 Mining Low-Concentration Methane Sensor is an intelligent detection instrument featuring functions such as automatic zero calibration, automatic slope adjustment, and over-limit audible/visual alarms. All functions can be implemented via an infrared remote controller. It is characterized by high accuracy, stability, reliability, and the convenience of calibration without opening the enclosure.Designed to meet the needs of monitoring underground methane (fire damp) in Chinese coal mines, the GJC4 sensor can continuously and automatically convert the methane concentration into a standardized electrical signal for transmission to associated equipment. It provides local display of methane concentration values, over-limit audible/visual alarms, and power-cutoff functionality.After being tested and certified by the national explosion-proof inspection authority for integrated system compatibility, it can be integrated with various types of domestic monitoring systems, power-cutoff instruments, and air-flow & methane monitoring interlock devices. It is suitable for fixed installation in locations such as coal mine working faces, mechanical/electrical chambers, and return airways.
