How is this type of drive belt installed and removed?Before installing the drive belt, the first step is to check whether the drive pulley, driven pulley, and tension pulley are aligned on the same plane. Generally, when the center distance between two pulleys is less than 1 meter, the allowable deviation is 2-3 millimeters. When the center distance is greater than 1 meter, the allowable deviation is 3-4 millimeters. If the deviation is too large, adjust the pulleys to meet these requirements before proceeding with installation and tensioning.For installation or removal, always first loosen the tension pulley, or if applicable, remove the adjustable disc from the variable speed pulley assembly. Only then should the belt be installed or taken off.
